Breaking Ground is a contemporary art exhibition premiering at Third Eye Gallery in Hoosick Falls New York, May 25, 2024.

Curated by Lulu Wiley, the exhibition celebrates emerging artists who are at the forefront of innovation and creativity and paving new paths in the art scene. The group of artists are young and have grounded their practice in the upstate NY/ Vermont region. This exhibition aims to showcase their talents, fresh perspectives, and ground breaking works that both nod to the formal traditions yet simultaneously challenge convention throughout their media.

The concept of “Breaking Ground” revolves around the idea of discovery and exploration. The exhibition will feature a curated selection of artworks that high light the artists’ unique visions, technical skills, and thematic explorations. A dynamic and enriching experience for all who participate, we hope the show will spark fresh conversations, insights and inspiration, within and beyond the gallery walls.
